Okay I guess only positive post are allowed. Your products will never get better if you do not post and listen to all gamers....just look at the scores that Ea games receive on meta critic.. True gamers do not bash games, they express to developers why and how their products should be better. Peter if you listened to gamers, games like facebreaker, madden next gen, nba live next gen , ncaa football and march madness would never have been released. Look at games like mlb the show , nba 2k, these are the type of sports gave that gamers crave. Somehow Ea even figured out a way to ruin the burnout series. I realize that it is about money; however, if you continue to release sub-bar products your fan base will slowly but surely start to leave.I am greatly looking forward to fight night 4!!!

playing 2k5 in 720p on my ps3...Great game;however, I want madden to be better or at least as good. 2k5 just feels like football, QB throws a pick he comes to the sideline and throws his helmet.Players call one another by name.custom soundtracks, four on one gang tackles, custom views, players get injured, the medical staff come out and talks to them, post game, pregame, and half time shows.real player faces, refs move to get out of the way, best running game in sports history!!! I am able to move my DL by tapping them with a linebacker pre-snap really adds to game play.If i am unable to do all of things plus have new features than madden is a failure to my friends and me.Madden needs to feel like an experience and not a game.It should not take 5 years to make a good football game.I want madden to be the talk of the town on Aug 14th,2009.Madden should consider adding new members to the its staff to give it some fresh ideas. Madden biggest problems are that it feels like madden and that it sells well every year. Madden needs complete overhaul of the audio engine, the game has never sounded alive or exciting, must have 5,6, or 7 on 1 gang tackles, more incomplete and dropped passes, better online servers, it must have all the features of 2k5 plus new fresh ideas that gamers will be talking about for years.Madden can not have any more gimmicks, no hit sticks, holograms, cone vision, defenders that slow down for no reason,dbs that do not cover, runners that do not ride their blockers: ie a back should use his arms to follow his lead blocker and then push the blocker into a defender, Rb's body weight should shift when they cut, you should never feel like the cpu cheated you, it should not be catch up logic in the game and the game must have game play slidders and not be in need of a patch as soon as it is released. Most gamers would pay $79.99 for should a product. Ea spends the time and resources to make a great game consumers would happily pay for it. As of now the best football ever cost $2.00 and is 5 years old and still has a cult following of game players. Is anyone still playing madden 05,06,07,08,09? This should tell you to release a game that you are proud of and you know without a doubt that it is better than 2k5 in every way.

I agree with all who are claiiming that more information is needed. Things like release date and how EA Sports plans to distribute this are needed. I understand that this game might not launch at the same time as the regular Tiger Woods game.

I have seen 3 of the covers for NCAA 2010 and none of them turn me on/off for the game. I still would like to see more details on how the dynasty mode has been improved for 2010. Has EA Sports listened to our requests for a career mode, ability to hire coordinators, or any of the other issues that has been brought up on the dead staff forums that Peter loves to brag about.

Yes more info is needed. Peter - The secret is out so now feel free to elaborate on this soon.

If this is MMORPG type of game then you can count me out. I'm not paying x amount of dollars to play a game every month. It may be revolutionary but it is not for everybody. I don't need another monthly bill drafting out of my account.

There is more information on the PC forums which TIm is moderator of. Still limited information but information none the less.

When EA reveals what their plans are for the next TW PC, I think you will understand much more fully what the intent is. Quite frankly what they are working on is, IMO a revolutionary concept for the PC game market and I don't expect anyone to understand with the limited amount of information available. This will become much clearer to everyone in the near future.

I would prefer a boxed version of the game which would contain a CD?/DVD. I agree with Aggiefan4life who replied on the current edition of the blog. I would like the ability to install onto a new hard drive if I have to change hard drives for whatever reason. A physical CD is the best way to do this. Reinstalling via a download link is too much trouble. I think that EA Sports will also find that their customer base will be reduced by using this method.

I realize that this is not the policy for all of EA as I have bought a PC game from EA in the last month and it was in the traditional packaging. The bottom line to all of this is that I am not in favor of going to a 100% download only method. Piracy is a problem but EA Sports could address by using verification services such as Steam. It could also be addressed by releasing the game under DRM restrictions.

A online product doesn't tell me a whole lot about the product. Sorry to criticize but you aren't making your point real clear. This sounds like something that I will have to buy online and will only be able to buy online. Again, I am not in favor of this idea.

EF, it's an online product that you'll be able to access from your PC. Sorry there isn't more information available at the moment. The info is coming soon.

I'll be interested in your take on the online product once it's announced. Until then, feel free to speculate. :)

Wake up PC users! There was never an intent on EA's part to market Madden 10 for PC, the lie was just to try and make us go quietly away. I said it then, we'd never see Madden on PC again, I hoped I was wrong...but guess what...we got lied too, and most of us took it hook, line, and sinker. The only thing consistent about Mr. Moore and his company is that they don't give a hoot about any particular customer segment, it's PC users now, it will be PS2 users next...mark my words and wake up, all you are is a dollar sign to Peter Moore and his cohorts....

Good luck to John Madden in his retirement. He will be missed. As a tribute to John Madden there should be a "Turducken" in the Madden game. It could be shown during the Thanksgiving games. If your plans for the cover are made then you should also have pictures of Madden on the inside sleeve as a tribute.

I would like to comment on something Peter said in this recent post about the developer blogs. The blogs I visited were not very "up to date" at all. One even pointed to the EA Sports Insider Blog. It seems that the developers are favoring the Inside EA Sports Insider Blog to post any updated information. Was this by design? Since the developer blogs are not updated and there is no information released about the PC titles, from a PC Gamer's perspective, there doesn't seem to be any reason to visit them. They seem to be only for the consoles. Will these developer blogs ever be updated or are is the EA Sports Insider Blog going to be the only one for updated information?

Interestring comment by Raczilla about Tiger PC. I will reserve my judgement until I hear more about it and about Madden PC as well.

We are talking a Tiger product for the PC that will be purchased only online? I realize that you can't disclose any more about this but I can't let type of news slide by without some type of response. John Madden or future of EA Sports on the PC? Which topic will win out on the Peter Moore Blog?

The topic included future games so that what I was focused on.

John Madden will be missed. You might have missed in one of my recent that I stated that next year's Madden game should be really great as tribute to John.

EF, I understand your concern with regard to information here not being as clear as it could be. To be clear, we do have an online product for Tiger this year and there will be an announcement at some point as to what exactly that means. I know it's tough waiting for official news in that regard, but that news is absolutely coming.

I am more hopeful than I was earlier this week. I expected to hear that Tiger Woods 2010 would not come out for the PC this year. I just hope that if Peter Moore knows now that there will be no Tiger Woods for the PC that he has the decency to tell about that decision soon and not have us clinging to false hope.

Somebody in EA and EA Sports needs to let everybody involved know that a decision needs to be made. There needs to be some type of announcement made for the upcoming season. We may not like hearing that no PC games will come in the upcoming season but at least we will know more than we know now.

I can assure you that Peter is in the loop on all upcoming games. Peter, nor anyone else at EA is going to comment on a game that they are not ready to discuss. I am sure the reason Peter mentioned that no Cricket game is coming out is because there are no plans to release one in the forseeable future. Since they are not commenting on TW for PC or other EA Sports PC titles, this is GOOD news. I know you and others want some kind of confirmation on upcoming titles, but EA nor Peter will respond to those questions until they are 100% ready to do so. This is not the answer you and others are looking for, but it is much better than hearing "NO TW PC" version in the works. Wouldn't you agree?

Peter needs to get all of these people who are holding up the process into a room and pass around copies of the comments made here. Then he should ask those people what information he should tell us here on the blog.

How about some equal treatment here on the blog? Why does Cricket get confirmation that their title doesn't exist while I still wait for information on Tiger Woods for the PC? I can only assume that this means that something is going on behind the scenes with Tiger Woods PC edition. I am encouraged that TIger Woods PC edition hasn't been shot down for this year.

EA Sports may operated this way for years but nobody ever said it was a good way. The gamers are getting screwed in the multiple year process. It will be a year in June and we will probably still be waiting for information. Great job EA Sports.
