Hey guys, I appreciate you keeping us informed. It was not always such and I Thank you for finally communicating with us.

I hope the PC version is truly to become a reality for 2010. The 08 game online has so many cheaters in it. I enjoy playing, we have a good group of people in our club and converse using TeamSpeak. Makes for a great time, just would like to weed out those who continually cheat.

It would be nice if there was a place to ban those that just don't play as it should.

In a PM, I have been threatened by someone stating "what comes around, go around..." Also, this person hinted that he knows people at XBox and Microsoft and that he will "report me" Hinting at anything from a physical to trying to possibly have my Live (?) canceled??? He will claim different but, the statement has been made just the same. Is there a way to contact, as a customer, someone who could help with this issue?

Just wanted to let you know we have so far raised US$740 via the PGAX Kids Christmas Charity Event we are running this week, with more donations set to come in. If you read my earlier post in this thread, you will see I have asked if EASPORTS would also like to make a donation as we are using your game; TW08 for PC.

Thanks for the support. The posts on this blog are actually not reviewed and approved prior to going live on the site. There is currently a caching issue that's preventing posts from going live immediately after being posted. That's something we're looking to address along with some of the other enhancements to the blog. We hope to have this resolved soon.

Fair enough sharky. I certainly respect that you are here to post your thoughts and I don't want you or anyone else to feel you are being handcuffed in any way. You obviously care a great deal about what you're saying, otherwise you wouldn't be here. I did read your post and perhaps should have taken more time and care in replying to it.

I think we can both agree that we want this to be a destination where you can freely share your thoughts with Peter. We'll continue to work towards that and I hope you continue to visit and share your thoughts.

With regards to the problem posting in the dev team area, can you elaborate a little more specifically on the issue you're having registering at the site? EA SPORTS World has quite a few members so there are for sure a lot of user names already taken. Let me know what I can do to help.

I have only posted one blog on the NCAA site. Nothing really really negative to report but nothing really out of this world to report either. I am just glad that there is a place to make my ideas heard for NCAA. I have a passing interest in Madden but no real need to post ideas since I didn't purchase Madden 09. Will there be a Head Coach developer site? I am hoping that Madden will incorporate a lot of the ideas introduced in Head Coach 09.

1. Sweet response R-zilla..You might need to attend a reading comprehension class b/c apparently you do not fully understand what is being said in these posts. Jack never used foul language in any of his posts all he did was make valid points about Peter's shortcomings. If Peter wishes to read posts that are complimentary then you need to take this blog down.

2. The only way to help Ea grow is by allowing the gamers to post their constructive criticism of Peter and company. To be honest Raczilla, I'm not sure who died and made you the mediator of this blog. Can you please return to the team development section, you know the blog where it is impossible to gain access to. So sorry about the quote un quote personal attack, but if you can't take the heat then you must go...

1. There are NO posts to this blog that are readily available once posted. They are viewed by EA Staff before they are made viewable to the public, so your comments are WAY off base.

2. Raczilla is the EA Sports Community Manager, therefore he gets to view posts before they are made viewable to the general public. If he says that someone's post was full of foul language, then that is the case. Who are you to argue?

At the end of the day, EA and Peter take a great deal of criticism in these blogs, most warranted, some not warranted, especially when it gets personal. You aren't going to get anywhere with EA arguing over someone else's post, nor will you get anywhere by posting flames and personal attacks here. The intent of these blogs is to give users a chance to tell Peter and EA Sports what they think of the games, not take potshots and flame them. I can assure you that comments will likely overlooked if users can't make rational and objective posts, without leaving the personal nonsense for somewhere else.

We all have different concerns for the games. The gameplay and game modes are big ones for me. The visuals have been great for a while. This doesn't mean that they can't get any better but they were not the primary reason that I didn't buy Madden 2009. Visually, I wish that the stadiums looked more realistic and that the crowd didn't look like lifeless cardboard cutouts. Visuals can sell the game in stores to people who haven't played the game in years. The visuals that the games currently have are capable of wowing these people. The visuals could be upgraded and would be a welcome addition to the series. Again, visual upgrades alone will not be enough to make or break Madden/NCAA sales records.

The big points for me will be gameplays that affects replay value. What happens after I win the Super Bowl/National Championship with my team that I have built up? Gameplay is what sells games. I have played a lot of games that have great visuals but the controls aren't very good or the difficulty level is too hard/easy. Expanding the franchise mode would make me consider the game more than I am right now. I can get most of the features that I want on the PS2 version but the visuals are very dated on that platform.

Jack's post was not out of line in any way although I think that it is ridculous to expect EA Sports to drop everything and immediately upgrade those aspects of the game. Keep it civil here.
